  • transaction references;
  • limited payment-related information required to manage the transaction.

We do not intentionally store full payment card details on our own systems unless expressly stated otherwise. Payments are generally processed by authorised payment service providers.

  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • date and time of access;
  • pages visited and navigation data;
  • cookie identifiers and related analytics data, where applicable.

2.4 Data related to participation requirements

Please do not send health or special category data unless it is specifically requested and genuinely necessary for the Booking.

4.1 To respond to enquiries and provide pre-booking assistance

We use your data to answer questions, recommend suitable Activities, and help you make an informed decision before booking.

Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary.

  • the Operator responsible for delivering the booked Activity;
  • payment service providers and financial institutions;
  • IT, hosting, email, customer support, communications, analytics, and security providers;
  • accountants, auditors, legal advisers, and insurers;

Where Operators receive your personal data to deliver the Activity, they may process that data under their own privacy practices and legal obligations.

  • remember your preferences;
  • measure website performance and traffic;

Our booking services are intended to be used by adults. Where a Booking includes minors, their personal data must be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult responsible for the Booking.
